Workday on January 30, 2009

We've had two workdays since I last posted, so I'll add updates for each.

January 30, 2009

When I arrived there was a herd of pirate bikes and a crowd of people working. Here's what we did. There's a picture for each step.
1. We laid newspaper in each bed. (See the first picture)
2. We filled each bed with dirt.
3. We laid plastic on the path.
4. We put mulch on the path.
5. Here's a view of the finished project.
6. There was also some composting done.
